* Clients complete a medical history

* Clients are fully draped during their sessions

* Proper hygiene is required of both clients and therapist

* Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance

* Appointments begin on time and promptness is required

* Dialogue and feedback is necessary to facilitate growth and healing

* Payment is required immediately following massage therapy

About the Clinical Director

Denise Borrelli, Phd, A.T.R., LMHC, MST, is a registered art psychotherapist, licensed mental health counselor, nationally certified massage therapist, on site speaker, gifted teacher and adjunct professor at Springfield College Graduate School of Expressive Art Therapy in Springfield, Mass.

She is currently the Vice President of the Massachusetts chapter of American Massage Therapy Association and Education Chair of the National American Massage Therapy Association. She holds the 1992 and 1997 Meritorious Award for the AMTA.

Her work has been covered in the Boston Globe and other local & national publications.
